Decided to start my Marathon training a week earlier so I could see if I can do it. Running 4 times a week! I will be great. I love to run. Trying to run a negative split, even on my easy run days.
1 @ 9:28, 2 @ 8:58, 3 @ 8:41, 4 @ 8:28, 5 @ 8:30. Not to bad for not running a lot. I need to eat better. Bring on January!
